Production Operations Engineer

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Engineer to join our team. As the Lead Production Operations Engineer, you will work with a team of operations engineers and ensure that our systems and infrastructure are reliable, scalable, and secure. You will work closely with development, SRE and security teams to ensure that our applications and infrastructure are performing at optimal levels and can meet the demands of our customers.

• Work with a team of operations engineers and ensure that the team is operating efficiently and effectively
• Ensure that systems and infrastructure are reliable, scalable, and secure by implementing best practices and monitoring for potential issues
• Work closely with development and security teams to ensure that applications and infrastructure are performing at optimal levels
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise
• Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in the field
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Work as an L3 operations engineer and work with vendor managed L1/L2

Total Years of experience: 4 + years

Required Skills/Qualification

• B Tech in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
