Production Manager

🚀 We're Hiring – Production Manager

Scanbo India Private Limited is looking for an experienced and driven Production Manager to join our growing MedTech manufacturing team.

📍 Location: Surat

💼 Experience Required: 3–5 Years

🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

✅ Plan, organize, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities

✅ Ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders while meeting quality and delivery targets

✅ Optimize manpower, machinery, and production resources

✅ Supervise assembly, testing, packaging, and labeling operations

✅ Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, applicable regulatory requirements, and cGMP practices

✅ Coordinate with QA, QC, Planning, and Purchase for smooth manufacturing operations

✅ Participate in CAPA, Change Control, deviations, investigations, and internal/external audits

✅ Maintain production records and ensure proper documentation

✅ Lead, mentor, and develop the production team while driving continuous improvement

🎓 Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electronics, Industrial, Production Engineering, or equivalent

✔️ 3–5 years of experience in Medical Device or IVD manufacturing

✔️ Hands-on experience in production planning and manufacturing operations

✔️ Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 (Mandatory)

✔️ Experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems will be an added advantage

✔️ Knowledge of Process Validation, Equipment Qualification, CAPA, Change Control, Risk Management, and Document Control

✔️ Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office

✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
