Saumitra International is looking for an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead operations in our furniture manufacturing unit focused on exports.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and monitoring daily production activities

• Managing timelines, manpower, and factory coordination

• Ensuring quality, productivity, and on-time dispatches

• Coordinating with merchandising, QA, and purchase teams

• Driving process improvements and production efficiency

• Handling solid wood, metal, leather, and mixed-material furniture production

✅ Preferred Profile:

• Experience in furniture manufacturing/export industry

• Strong understanding of factory operations and production planning

• Ability to manage teams and production targets effectively

• Exposure to contract furniture manufacturing preferred.

• Problem-solving mindset with leadership capabilities
