Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Job Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The role involves managing production teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Maintain quality standards as per company and industry requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.
- Implement cost control measures and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance.
- Handle production-related issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Lead, train, and develop the production team to improve performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial Management
- Additional certifications in Production/Operations Management preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing/production
- Experience in [Footwear Adhesives / Chemicals] preferred
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Production target achievement
- Reduction in wastage and downtime
- Quality compliance rate
- Cost efficiency
- On-time delivery performance
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing practices
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
