• EMS Friendly
• ISO 9001:2015 Friendly
• Understanding FSSC 22000 clauses interpretation
• Understanding HACCP Flow Chart SOP's
• CCP OPRP Monitoring and record keeping
• Complete understanding of HACCP and should be able to conduct HACCP study
• Knowledge of FSMS checklist and should able to implement the compliance.
• Understanding and implementation of Foreign body management system and understanding of FB prevention equipment
• Knowledge and execution of incidence management
• Should have the knowledge of response plans & capability for relevant situations, i.e. higher-lower production, strategic resource planning on peak time
• should be able to Implement incident investigation to identify root causes & corrective actions using solving tools
• Should be able to Implement programmes to identify, assess & manage risks associated with material handling equipment, MSDS.
• Knowledge of code and label control procedure and its implementation
• Knowledge of coder management
• Knowledge of operations, validation and control of barcode reader, vision camera etc.
• Able to coordinate with SCM for production planning
• Able to understand production planning, control and implement it.
• Able to understand and track DPSA, MSA etc.
• Knowledge of manpower mgmt./ team mgmt./ leadership skill
• Knowledge on Line release procedure
• Knowledge of change management procedure
• Knowledge of all log sheets & requirement of key data to be manage.
• Knowledge of Archiving of log Sheet.
• Understanding factory acts & norms, working hours compliances and policy on condition of work. Employee engagement / relations.
• Planning and executing of skill matrix, skill development, Performance evaluation and development as relevant to shop floor.
• Should understand the GMP & GHP of products and sections
• Knowledge of rework management procedure.
• Knowledge of traceability on product pack and rework cans
• Knowledge the RM/PM handling procedures
• Knowledge the CIP Procedures & 5T
• Knowledge of complete recipes mgmt & Mixing Operation.
• Sequencing of ingredients addition
• Knowledge functioning of recirculation.
• Knowledge of microbiological hazard & other impact if cleaning frequency is missed or improperly done.
• Cleaning and inspection of structure, lines and tanks.
• Knowledge of Loto procedure and safety maps of the area.
• Knowledge the Nitrogen operation in RTD section.

Requirements:

• MTech./B.Tech. in Dairy Technology/Food Technology.
• 10+ Years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in RTD section.
• Excellent communication skills.
