Role Description

Production Manager 

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our exhibition and event fabrication team. If you have strong technical knowledge, hands-on production control experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality exhibition builds — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete production lifecycle from planning to final execution

• Handle BOQ preparation, costing, and budget monitoring

• Oversee fabrication processes including carpentry, painting, electrical, and graphics

• Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to ensure smooth execution

• Ensure quality standards, timelines, and production efficiency are maintained

• Vendor coordination, material planning, and resource allocation

• Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an exhibition or event fabrication company (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, costing, and production planning

• Hands-on understanding of carpentry, paint finishing, electrical works, and graphic installations

• Ability to manage production from start to finish independently

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail

• Prior experience in exhibition production, retail installations, or event setups is highly desirable
