We’re seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling motion content that enhances storytelling and elevates brand communication. This role requires a strong blend of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and attention to detail to ensure our clients achieve maximum impact through engaging visual experiences.

You should be equally confident working in motion design and traditional video editing workflows.

• Design and animate motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Create:
• Kinetic typography
• Logo animations
• Lower thirds and title sequences
• Explainer-style graphics and transitions
• Support video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Prepare and adapt graphics for multiple formats (16:9, 1:1, 9:16, social, broadcast, web).
• Work with brand guidelines and visual identities.
• Collaborate closely with editors, producers and creative leads in London.
• Organise project files and follow established workflows and naming conventions.
• Deliver projects to deadlines while maintaining high visual and technical standards.

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe After Effects (advanced level)
• Strong experience with:
• Motion graphics
• 2D animation
• Kinetic typography

• Very good working knowledge of:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign

• Understanding of video codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios and delivery formats.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into clear visual animations.
• Good sense of timing, typography, composition and storytelling.

• Experience working on:
• Branded content
• Corporate films
• Social media campaigns
• Explainer videos

• Basic knowledge of:
• Cinema 4D / 3D workflows (optional)
• Experience working with international or remote teams

• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working from the office and communicating clearly with UK-based teams.
• Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong creative eye with a passion for motion design.
