Production Floor Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make production plan as per demand plan on a weekly and daily basis.
• Create and raise needed ingredients request for fulfilling production to the sourcing team.
• Create and check checklists related to floor maintenance, hygiene and machinery maintenance.
• Ensure availability of handlers on floor by planning and raising request to production admin in-charge.
• Maintain records of production input, output, wastage and WIP on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure production processes, as established by the R&D team, are followed meticulously.
• Ensure GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP(Good Hygiene Practices) are being followed on the production floor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, etc., to streamline production processes.
• Schedule and lead training sessions with manpower to maximise efficiency.
• Implement inventory management best practices such as FIFO, Inventory aging, etc., in the warehouse.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 Year of experience in managing production floors in the Food manufacturing, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals industry.
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing line management, planning, and target setting.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong discipline and attention to detail.
• Excellent skills in manpower handling and task delegation.

Good To Have(s):

• Certification in Three Sigma, Six Sigma, GHP, and GMP.
• Preference for additional certifications such as HACCP, 5 S, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Auditor's training, etc.
