Production Engineer/Manager - Transformer Industry Only

Location: Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 10–18 years (Transformer Manufacturing only)

Preferred: Candidates from Eastern UP

• Manage production of power & distribution transformers up to 33KV, 25 MVA
• Plan, monitor, and control production as per monthly/annual targets
• Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workflow organization
• Estimate costs and manage production budgets
• Ensure type testing readiness and execution
• Supervise production staff and resolve operational issues
• Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate resources (manpower, raw materials, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing
• Experience in CRGO Core & Amorphous transformers
• Good leadership and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
