Job Description
The Online Program Lead will own the end-to-end execution and success of the IBM Skilling Initiative. The role involves driving student outreach, engagement, team performance, stakeholder coordination, volunteer engagement, and overall program outcomes while ensuring all program KPIs are achieved.
- Own the overall planning, execution, and success of the online skilling program.
- Own and drive all program KPIs, monitor progress, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day program operations, documentation, and timely execution of all activities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve program quality, learner experience, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with IBM volunteers and internal stakeholders to drive meaningful volunteer engagement and program activities.
- Monitor program data, prepare reports, and use insights to improve program performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, AFCSR, IBM, internal teams, and other stakeholders including weekly reporting internally and externally
- Other responsibilities: Kindly note that the above responsibilities are indicative and not exhaustive. The Online Program Lead is expected to take ownership of any additional tasks or initiatives that may arise and are essential for the successful execution, growth, and impact of the program.
Team Handling
- Recruit, onboard, and manage the manpower required for the succesfull program execution, including Outreach Executives, Engagement Executives, Social Media Experts, Video Experts, Offline Events Managers, and other roles as needed.
- Recruit, Mentor, Lead and manage Outreach Executives and other program team members to ensure high performance and program success. Work with Outreach Executives (OEs) to maximize college outreach, student registrations, and attendance for orientation sessions.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver engaging orientation sessions and maximize student participation.
- Work with the Engagement Team to maximize learner progression across all stages of the program, from registration to higher levels of learning and project participation.
- Work with the branding and communications team to identify and document impactful student, volunteer, and program success stories.
