Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production operations, planning manufacturing processes, implementing quality control measures and ensuring optimal use of resources. Other daily tasks include analyzing production efficiency, troubleshooting issues and collaborating across teams to meet performance and delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production operations
• Monitor process parameters and equipment performance to ensure smooth plant operations
• Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Identify process abnormalities and support troubleshooting activities
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality and logistics teams for efficient operations
• Follow plant safety standards, SOPs
• Maintain production record, shift reports and operational data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong skills in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and solve production challenges
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams
• Knowledge of production technologies, experience in composites or plastics manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
