Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer based in Padra. The Production Engineer will oversee production operations, ensure effective production planning, and supervise quality control processes. They will analyze and optimize workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with teams to meet manufacturing goals. The role involves maintaining seamless communication with the production team to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Proficiency in Quality Control methodologies and standards
• Highly developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating within the team and across departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is an advantage
