Graphic Designer

We have a requirement for Graphic Designer for Isha Foundation, Coimbatore. Please find below the Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Design website banners, promotional graphics, and product visuals
• Adapt product images from India-based shoots — including background edits, color

corrections, and text overlays.

• Create email marketing creatives, social media assets, and landing page visuals.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for web and mobile performance and meet brand
• quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams in the US to localize creatives and

maintain visual consistency.

• Manage multiple design projects with quick turnaround times and attention to detail.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy updates and reuse.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in eCommerce, retail, or digital marketing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Figma or Canva is a
• plus).
• Proven experience in product image editing, retouching, and layout design.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition for digital design.
• Awareness of North American design aesthetics and consumer preferences.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones.
• Must be flexible to work partial hours overlapping USA Central Time (evening IST).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
