Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Production Assistant Manager. The role is based in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu. The Production Assistant Manager will coordinate daily production activities, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, assist in streamlining production workflows, and oversee the team performance. Additionally, the role involves maintaining production schedules, reporting equipment maintenance needs, and collaborating with the management team to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry is an advantage
