MASTER DIGITAL (HIFFIN) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Sourcing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new products, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating quotations, and ensuring timely procurement to support business operations.

• Identify and source new products based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers for product inquiries and quotations.
• Compare product pricing, quality, lead times, and supplier capabilities.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely procurement and deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams for smooth product availability.
• Maintain supplier records, quotations, and sourcing databases.
• Prepare sourcing reports and maintain data using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor market trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of procurement, sourcing, or inventory management is an added advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, or purchasing.
• Freshers with strong communication and Excel skills are encouraged to apply.

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad
