The Opportunity Are you passionate about driving security strategy at scale and shaping world-class security practices? Adobe?s Product Security Engineering organization is seeking a senior technical expert to lead the strategy for Offensive Security, Vulnerability Management, Code Signing, and Risk Metrics & Data Analysis . In this role, you will define and execute the technical direction to proactively identify vulnerabilities, simulate real-world attack scenarios, and build resilient defenses across Adobe?s applications and services. You will also drive innovations in code signing, develop and refine risk measurement frameworks, and leverage data analysis to guide product and organizational security decisions. You will partner with engineering and product teams across Adobe to embed security into every stage of the development lifecycle, enabling faster and safer releases. If you are motivated by solving complex technical challenges, shaping offensive security strategies, and delivering impactful improvements in product security at global scale, this role is for you! What You Will Do Drive the technical strategy for Offensive Security, Vulnerability Management, Code Signing, and Risk Metrics/Data Analysis across Adobe. Design, develop, and enhance offensive security tooling, automation frameworks, and advanced detection capabilities. Partner with global teams in Red Teaming, Application Security, and Cloud Security to simulate real-world attack scenarios and validate resilience. Lead deep technical investigations of vulnerabilities, exploit trends, and code-signing risks, providing actionable insights for product teams. Define and implement scalable risk measurement and data analytics models to track security posture across the organization. Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security controls early in the development lifecycle and accelerate secure delivery. Publish technical strategies, whitepapers, and metrics dashboards to influence leadership decisions and strengthen enterprise-wide security posture. Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to elevate offensive security practices across Adobe. What You Need To Succeed Bachelor?s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related technical field. 10?14 years of hands-on experience in offensive security, red teaming, exploit development, vulnerability research, or code signing systems. Strong expertise in vulnerability management platforms, exploit chains, CVEs, and remediation techniques. Deep understanding of OWASP methodologies, threat modeling, bug bounty research, and penetration testing. Proven ability to design and scale security metrics, dashboards, and risk measurement frameworks for large enterprises. Knowledge of cryptography and code-signing infrastructure with experience securing build and release pipelines. Strong data analysis skills with ability to extract insights from large datasets and drive risk-based decision making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence engineering and security leadership through technical depth.
