We are looking for experienced Senior Java Developers to build and scale high-performance backend systems using modern microservices architecture. This role involves working on enterprise-grade applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot
Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and code reviews
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to refine requirements
Write unit tests and support debugging & performance tuning
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Mentor junior developers and lead modules/features
Follow Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives

✅ Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

Java / J2EE – 5+ years
Spring & Spring Boot – 5+ years
Microservices Architecture – 5+ years
Cloud Platform Experience – AWS / GCP / Azure (at least one required)
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with Hibernate / JPA and SQL databases
Hands-on with CI/CD tools – Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, Bitbucket
Experience with Tomcat or similar application servers
Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Unit testing using JUnit
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and ability to work in a team

⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills

Frontend exposure (Angular, AJAX)
Experience with Swagger / OpenAPI documentation
Understanding of design patterns and UML
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Exposure to financial services or high-transaction systems

📌 Candidate Eligibility Criteria

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only (or joining by February)
Must demonstrate job stability
Experience must align clearly with required technologies
Compensation expectations should match industry standards for the role
Candidates should be able to clear background verification (employment, documents, references)
Must be open to working in Trivandrum or Kochi (Hybrid model)
