Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The candidate would be a part of Financial markets Sales team and would be primarily responsible for
Strategy & Planning
Generate revenue from sale of FX and derivative products to the bank’s clients and onboarding new clients;
The candidate would be a part of Financial markets Sales team and would be primarily responsible for
- Advising and Selling Foreign Exchange, Derivatives and Risk Management Solutions to the Clients in MMR
- Sourcing New Clients and actively engaging with them to provide Customized FX Solutions in compliance with Regulations
Strategy & Planning
Generate revenue from sale of FX and derivative products to the bank’s clients and onboarding new clients;
- Execute client trades and keep track of their open positions and constantly advise the client on these positions on the basis of technical analysis, macro and micro economic and fundamental research;
- Increase volume from clients by repetitive client calling and sharing trading / hedging ideas;
- Constantly engage with the Financial Markets risk advisors, relationship managers and other product partners to leverage the client relationship, deepen existing relationships and acquire new ones;
- Meet with allocated clients to augment the relationship;
- Strict adherence to RBI guidelines in executing and conducting Financial Markets business;
- Responsible for all one time as well as transactional documentation for FX business undertaken with the bank’s clients
- To be appraised with the latest Regulations and Internal policies, processes and guidelines
- Strict adherence to all regulatory and internal guidelines
- To ensure to deal within the applicable RBI regulations and internal guidelines
- Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of structures with internal stakeholders and work on building mitigants to resolve the open risks and propose structures that are appropriate for the client
- Coordination with internal Stakeholders
- To analyse and ensure Fx products cross sell in clients of the bank
- To deepen cross sell of various Fx products and increase the FX wallet share
- To maximize revenues by proposing value enhacement structures to the client in line with their portfolio and Risk Management policies.
