- Explain product benefits and business outcomes
- Follow up with leads and maintain sales pipelines
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams
- Understand customer pain points and business needs
- Support proposal preparation and presentations
- Assist in business meetings and product demos
- Maintain client relationship records
- Contribute ideas for sales growth strategies
- Basic understanding of B2B sales
- Knowledge of digital products and SaaS
