Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Owner located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Product Owner will bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team, gathering requirements, defining product vision, and managing backlogs. Responsibilities include leading product developments and improvements, conducting market research, engaging with stakeholders to understand needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of product solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product ownership role
• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise.
• Proficiency in Product Management, including backlog prioritization, roadmapping, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Basic understanding of Software Development processes and methodologies.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum frameworks is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with relevant tools such as JIRA or similar software is a plus.
