Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Marketing Executive to support our digital growth initiatives across the website and mobile app. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understanding customer behavior, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve digital experiences across web and mobile applications.
You will collaborate closely with the Product, CRM, Design, and Business teams to optimize customer journeys, improve engagement, and drive tech operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Website / App Growth Management
- Focus on driving initiatives for increasing conversion, improving performance by optimizing customer experience with UI/UX enhancements.
- Support initiatives to drive app installs, user activation, engagement, and retention.
- Work with CRM and Growth teams to optimize app performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Keep website and app creatives updated in line with campaign calendars, seasonal themes, and emerging market trends.
- Continuously evaluate third party tools like Searchtap, JudgeMe and recommend enhancements to improve product discovery and customer engagement.
- Ensure post order management is seamless by closely collaborating with the operations team.
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Plan, execute, and monitor A/B tests across website and app experiences.
- Analyze experiment results and share actionable recommendations to improve conversion and engagement.
- Track key business and customer metrics through dashboards and reports.
- Identify trends, customer behavior patterns, and business opportunities to support decision-making.
- Execute and optimize GEO SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and search discoverability.
- Coordinate with Product and Tech teams for issue resolution and track recurring customer pain points.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Growth Product, or Digital Product roles.
- Experience working in a D2C, E-commerce, Consumer Tech, or SaaS environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO, A/B testing, and digital marketing principles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), CleverTap, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
