Location : Mumbai
Work Mode: 5 Days a Week (Work from Office)
Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Budget : Upto ₹40 LPA (including variable)

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the Checkout Product. The ideal candidate will manage merchant integrations, enhance the customer journey, improve the conversion funnel, and build payment solutions such as Cardless EMI, Debit Card EMI, Credit Card EMI, UPI, and more. The role also involves managing payments-related processes like refunds, settlements, and platform-level features.
Key Objectives
Drive complete ownership of the Checkout product across merchant integrations, customer experience, payment options, and payment workflows.
Build and manage multiple payment products and ensure seamless platform-level operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end customer experience from merchant platforms to the ShopSe Checkout flow.
Work closely with merchants and channel partners to drive growth and ensure best-fit integration approaches.
Improve conversion rates on the Checkout platform and maintain high transaction success rates.
Collaborate with design, tech, legal, compliance, and operations teams to enhance experiences, journeys, and processes.
Define key metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track checkout performance, conversions, partner success, and operational metrics.
Work with payment gateways, banks, and processors to enable and optimize payment methods.
Ensure compliance with Payment Aggregator guidelines, industry regulations, and all platform workflows.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in digital payments.
Strong understanding of merchant needs, payment workflows, and the digital payments ecosystem.
Proven experience in managing external APIs, enterprise-grade platforms, solutioning, and cross-functional execution.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
