Product Manager

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Smart Food Safe’s B2B SaaS platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams to build scalable product solutions that address customer needs and deliver measurable business value.

This role requires strong product thinking, customer understanding, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear product features for engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into PRDs, BRDs, FRDs, User stories, and feature specifications.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and support engineering teams during sprint planning and product releases.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Track product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve product features.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and functional consultant teams for product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate product ideas and gather insights.
• Maintain Jira board or other CRM platforms to support Tech team.

Required Skillset:

• Experience managing B2B SaaS products and product lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts, including basics of AI, APIs, integrations, and modern web applications.
• Familiarity with product design and collaboration tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience working on AI related SaaS Products (Good to have).

Education & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
