About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of key user journeys on the EatSure Android/iOS mobile and web apps and make them meaningfully better. These journeys impact high-frequency daily ordering behavior across millions of customers. This is an individual-contributor (IC) role reporting directly to the Head of Product for D2C.You can expect to work across product areas such as:

  • Discovery and new-user onboarding
  • Cart completion, payments, and checkout optimization
  • Retention, engagement, and repeat behavior
  • Occasion-based ordering experiences, events, and multi-brand journeys
  • CMS foundations and merchandising simplification



What You’ll Do

  • Understand customer needs and behaviour via data, user research, and experiments
  • Co-own product strategy definition and create product roadmaps
  • Identify problems and opportunities across the EatSure user journey
  • Prioritize features based on impact and clarity of problem
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and design to build and ship high-quality product experiences
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses
  • Define metrics, track performance, and iterate on outcomes
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, and operations stakeholders



Who We’re Looking For


  • Experience~2 years of hands-on PM experience in consumer products (D2C, e-commerce, marketplaces, or mobile apps)
  • Comfortable with data, funnels, experimentation, and user-journey definition (experience of tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar a plus)
  • Experience in strong product environments (food-tech, travel-tech, e-commerce, or big tech) is a plus



Skills & Mindset

  • Strong customer-experience orientation
  • High ownership — ability to iterate, collaborate and see problems through
  • Clear thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Good analytical skills; familiarity with conversion funnels, dashboards, and A/B testing
  • Strong written communication
