As our digital business continues to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Product Manager to own and improve the core growth engine of our consumer platforms. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and revenue. The focus is simple: continuously improve the customer journey and unlock measurable growth across our web and mobile experiences.
What You Will Own
Key areas of ownership include:
• Conversion rate optimization across the entire funnel
• Improving AOV through pricing, bundling, loyalty, and incentive mechanics
• Checkout and payment experience improvements
• Search and product discovery improvements
• Personalization and AI-driven product experiences
• Martech integrations and lifecycle growth initiatives
How You Will Work
• Define product hypotheses using user data and funnel analysis
• Design experiments and A/B tests to validate growth ideas
• Work closely with designers and engineers to ship experiments quickly
• Analyze experiment outcomes and iterate rapidly
• Build dashboards and frameworks to track product performance
This role requires strong comfort with data, experimentation, and analytics.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
• Has 1–5 years of product management experience
• Has worked on consumer internet products (D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, or consumer apps)
• Is highly data-driven and comfortable working with SQL, analytics tools, and funnels
• Has strong experience with experimentation and growth loops
• Is comfortable owning problems end-to-end with minimal structure
• Moves fast and enjoys solving high-impact business problems
