Speciality Chemicals Segment : We propose to launch a new platform of Diketene & its value-added derivatives, forward integrate our crop protection chemicals to value-added agrochemicals (Herbicides, Fungicides & Insecticides) by adding new facilities. We are an established ‘partner of choice’ in CDMO, with more Invest plans in GMP & Non-GMP multi-product facility for Pharma & Crop Protection customers.

Nutrition & Health Solutions Segment : We propose to expand the existing capacity of Vitamin B3 to continue being one of the market leaders and introduce new branded animal as well as human nutrition and health premixes.

Chemical Intermediates Segment : We propose to expand our existing acetic anhydride capacity and add value added anhydrides and aldehydes and enhance volumes in speciality ethanol.

We have 5 world-class manufacturing facilities i.e. One in UP at Gajraula, Two in Gujarat at Bharuch and Baroda, Two in Maharashtra at Nira and Ambernath . We operate 61 Plants across these 5 sites giving is multi-plant and multi-location advantage.

Job Summary: The Product Manager – Monogastric will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, development, and performance of the animal premix product portfolio focused on monogastric species (poultry and swine). This role demands cross-functional leadership, market intelligence, and strong project management to ensure successful product lifecycle management and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Conduct detailed market analysis of the animal premix industry, focusing on monogastric nutrition.
Benchmark competitors and analyse regulatory dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Spearhead strategy formulation and budgeting exercises for the monogastric business segment.

Project & Portfolio Management

Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
Ensure timely execution of new product launches and brand extension strategies.

Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement

Support sales teams in business development for existing and new products.
Provide technical support and training to sales teams and key customers.
Organize seminars, webinars, and customer group meetings to showcase product strengths.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Provide weekly projections of business performance including financial and operational updates.
Prepare monthly Business Performance Reports (BPR) for senior management.
Identify business risks and implement mitigation plans.

Product Development & Scale-Up

Coordinate with Manufacturing, R&D, Design, Projects, and Supply Chain teams for new product development, scale-up, plant fitment, and commissioning.
Lead stage-gate processes for product development and pilot launches

Cost Optimization & Compliance

Consult on innovative ways to reduce manufacturing costs.
Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance.
Maintain financial discipline and adherence to company policies.

Stakeholder Management

Lead government liaising and manage key customer and supplier relationships.
Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and technical forums.

Team Development

Exhibit leadership qualities to build and strengthen frontline capabilities.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Person Profile

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in one of the following +MBA (preferable):

Veterinary Science
Chemical Engineering
Animal Nutrition
Biotechnology

Experience: 5–10 years in product management within the animal nutrition or feed additive industry, preferably in monogastric segments

Skills :

Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and project management
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
Technical understanding of animal nutrition, especially poultry and swine
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and environmental compliance
Proficiency in CRM and data-driven decision-making tools
