Product Manager

PPI is more than a product—it’s a fintech-driven revolution. We’re looking for a builder who understands that the best payment products operate at the synergy of tech and trust.

Key Responsibilities -

• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of PPI products including Digital Wallets, Prepaid Cards, UPI interoperability, and emerging PPI use cases.
• Ensure full alignment with RBI Master Directions on PPI, including norms for Minimum and Full KYC wallets/cards. Collaborate with internal compliance, risk, fraud, and audit teams to ensure robust transaction monitoring, chargeback resolution, and regulatory controls.
• Identify and roll out relevant PPI use-cases across digital and physical environments. Use transaction trends, usage metrics, and benchmarking insights to inform product strategy and performance tracking.
• Work closely with technology, operations, legal, compliance, finance, and marketing to drive delivery and execution.
• Liaise with card networks, fintech partners, BCs, and other ecosystem players for integrations and growth.
• Drive the execution of the PPI roadmap ensuring scalable, secure, and user-friendly implementations.
• Proven track record of handling tech-integrated financial products and leading cross-functional teams toward delivery goals.
