Why This Role Matters

As GoKwik continues to scale rapidly across products and markets, building customer-first, high-impact products is critical. This role will drive product strategy and execution by identifying customer needs, defining the roadmap, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver features that improve user experience and drive growth.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, working closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, and Business teams to ship products with speed, clarity, and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Own

• Build a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate ideas that drive adoption and growth
• Define and drive product vision with internal teams and key external stakeholders
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies aligned with business goals
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes
• Scope and prioritise initiatives based on customer value and business impact
• Partner closely with Engineering teams to deliver products with strong execution discipline and fast time-to-market
• Drive product launches in collaboration with leadership, marketing/PR, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistency with product strategy and effective communication
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and drive internal and external alignment
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and improve product outcomes
• Create short-term and long-term product forecasts, ROI analysis, and performance tracking
• Bring new products to market with structured ROI planning and impact measurement
• Drive operational follow-ups and ensure closure on execution deliverables
• Support team development through coaching, performance monitoring, and goal alignment (if managing team members)
  
  

Who You Are

• Proven experience in Product Management or Associate Product Management
• Strong ability to develop product strategy and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product releases
• Strong project and time management skills with a high-ownership mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability with a hands-on execution approach
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
