Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically sound Technical Manager – Poultry to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in poultry nutrition, feed additives, and feed supplement products, with the ability to support both commercial and technical initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to provide technical guidance, develop customer-focused solutions, and strengthen product positioning in the market.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting technical evaluations, performing research to understand product performance and application, and supporting new product development initiatives. They will provide on-site technical support to customers, troubleshoot product-related concerns, and deliver scientifically backed recommendations to improve customer outcomes. The role also involves preparing technical presentations, product literature, and educational materials for customers and internal teams.

Additionally, the Technical Manager will design and conduct structured training programs for the commercial team, distributors, and customers to enhance product knowledge and technical capabilities. The candidate should stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in poultry nutrition to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
