Product manager (B2B SaaS)

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our B2B SaaS platform. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning products end-to-end — from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build scalable, customer-centric products in the communication / cloud tech space.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals
• Conduct user research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve product adoption and engagement

Product Development & Execution

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and iteration
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams
• Manage and maintain the product backlog

Data & Insights

• Track and analyze product metrics, usage data, and customer feedback
• Use insights to drive continuous product improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor landscape

Product Launch & Growth

• Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales
• Ensure smooth feature rollouts and adoption strategies
• Own product documentation and internal knowledge sharing

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
• Prior experience in Software Development or QA (2+ years preferred)
• Strong track record of shipping products end-to-end
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in CommunicationTech / CPaaS / SaaS platforms is a big plus

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have B2B SaaS Product Management experience (non-negotiable)
• Must have owned product lifecycle from ideation to launch + iteration
• Engineering background (B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech) is mandatory
• Must be based in Bengaluru
• Overall experience should not exceed 8 years
• This is a pure IC role (no people management)
