Role Overview:

The Product Manager – AEPS & Aadhaar Services will be responsible for end-to-end

ownership of Aadhaar-enabled payment and identity services, including AEPS,

Aadhaar authentication, eKYC, and related digital banking products. The role focuses

on product strategy, regulatory compliance, partner integration, and scalable rollout

across Bank’s digital and assisted channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle for AEPS and Aadhaar-based services from concept

to launch and optimization

• Define product roadmap, features, and enhancements aligned with RBI, NPCI,

UIDAI, and bank compliance norms

• Work closely with technology, operations, compliance, risk, and business

teams for seamless execution

• Manage integrations with NPCI, UIDAI, fintech partners, BC networks, and

vendors

• Monitor transaction performance, success rates, TAT, downtime, fraud trends,

and customer experience scalability of AEPS services across branches, BCs,

and digital touchpoints

• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security standards, and regulatory audits

• Prepare product documentation, SOPs, BRDs, and regulatory submissions

• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and recommend product

improvements

• Support business growth through usage analytics, revenue optimization, and

cross-sell opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of AEPS, Aadhaar authentication, eKYC, NPCI rails,

UIDAI ecosystem

• Experience in digital payments / transaction banking / financial inclusion

products

• Knowledge of RBI, NPCI, UIDAI regulations and compliance requirements

• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

skills. Analytical mindset with experience using MIS, dashboards, and KPIs

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
