Candidate Must have minimum 4+ years of experience required for process lead and minimum 10+years of experience required for manager in Product Management Solution

Analyse existing Broadcast Management Systems and related tools

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or outdated workflows

Recommend enhancements to improve performance and usability

Improve Air-Time Sales workflows (how ad slots are planned, sold, and scheduled)

Streamline processes across teams like sales, operations, and finance

Ensure systems support real-world business needs efficiently

Internal teams (sales, operations, tech, finance)

End users (people actually using the system daily)

Troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes

Provide ongoing support and improvements for media applications

Ensure different systems (broadcast, sales, finance tools) work together

Handle data flow between platforms (e.g., ad sales → scheduling → billing)

Align system improvements with business goals (revenue growth, efficiency)

Product management & business analysis

Understanding of media/broadcast industry workflows

Technical understanding (APIs, integrations, databases)

Communication & stakeholder management
