Key Responsibilities

• Source and select vendors for medical and healthcare products through market research, supplier assessment, and negotiation.
• Evaluate and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely supply.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships, monitor supplier performance, and resolve supply issues.
• Process and track purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with e-commerce, trading, manufacturing, and logistics teams for order fulfilment and inventory optimization.
• Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and payment schedules.
• Conduct cost analysis, market studies, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
