Product Development Officer - Bancassurance

The Product Development Officer will be responsible to lead, research, create or improve existing products which will cater to the need of the bank’s customer. The jobholder will work closely with the insurance counterparts, collaborate with Bank’s other units and assess competitor’s products. This role will be instrumental in driving product strategy, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Acturial, or a related field

Professional Experience

• Must have experience in insurance product management, with demonstrated expertise in compliance and regulatory management.
