Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer who is curious, user-obsessed, and excited to work on real-world problems at scale. Someone who doesn’t just design screens but thinks deeply about why something should exist and how it can be better. This role is ideal for a designer who wants to learn fast, think end-to-end, and build meaningful products, not just polish pixels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to the end-to-end design process — from problem understanding and user research to wireframes, visual design, and final UI.
• Translate complex product and business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Be deeply user-obsessed — advocate for users in every discussion and design decision.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Work on both UX and UI, ensuring usability, clarity, and visual consistency.
• Create and iterate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to and evolve Snapmint’s design system and visual language.
• Experiment, learn, and push for fresh ideas while balancing feasibility and impact.
• Continuously seek feedback and improve designs based on data and user insights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Product / UX / UI Designer.
• Strong understanding of the design thinking process and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to think holistically — beyond screens — about journeys, edge cases, and user intent.
• A genuine passion for learning, improving, and building things from scratch.
• Strong fundamentals in:

• UX (user flows, IA, usability)

• UI (visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, colors)

• Basic graphic design (icons, illustrations, visual assets)

• Proficiency with tools like Figma (or similar）

• Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
