Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kumbakonam for a Business Executive. The Business Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include creating and delivering business proposals, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations. The individual will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Business Development and Sales: Strong skills in relationship building, contract negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
Market Research: Experience in analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and competitor analysis.
Client Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and proposals effectively.
Planning and Strategy: Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and strategic thinking to achieve business objectives.
Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of technologies like Data Science, Web Development, and Mobile Applications is a plus.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
