User-Centered Design- Deep understanding of user behaviour, needs, and preferences. Proficiency in crafting designs that prioritise usability and accessibility.

Storytelling- Use design to communicate powerful stories, evoke emotions, and make information engaging and easy to understand for the audience.

Research and Trends- Stay updated on design trends, visual communication techniques, and industry best practices, integrating new ideas into design concepts.

Collaboration and Leadership- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering). Ability to mentor designers and guide project direction.

Typography, Grid, and Layout- Demonstrate strong typographic skills and the ability to establish consistent grid systems. Craft layouts that are visually balanced, align with brand guidelines.

Adaptability- Agility to oversee projects and their successful execution, with mentoring design team members to achieve excellence
