Part-time/freelance Website Designer / Developer

Engagement: Freelance – One-time project or retainer basis

We’re looking for a freelance website designer/developer based in Pune to help us improve and scale our website experience. This role will involve working closely with our team to implement design improvements, build new pages, and optimize the overall website performance.

Scope of Work

Website Design & Development

Designing and building new website pages

Improving UI/UX of existing pages

Implementing landing pages for campaigns and product launches

Performance & Optimization

Website speed optimization

Improving mobile responsiveness

Conversion rate optimization

Technical Implementation

Integrating third-party apps or tools when required

Implementing tracking pixels and marketing tools

Ensuring smooth checkout and website functionality

Maintenance & Updates

Regular website updates and fixes

Bug fixing and troubleshooting

Supporting website improvements based on marketing needs

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience working with e-commerce websites

Has strong understanding of UI/UX and conversion optimization

Can collaborate closely with our marketing and design team

Is comfortable working with Shopify or other modern e-commerce platforms

Is based in Pune or nearby (preferred for easier coordination)

Experience with D2C or skincare/beauty brands will be a plus.

Monthly retainer for ongoing website support
