Responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for improving the user experience, setting design direction, and creating product that meet our users' needs. You will be actively involved in designing and refining interfaces, as well as closely collaborating with the development team and customers.

• In the role of Product Designer, your day-to-day responsibilities include the following:
• Leading the development and evolution of the Cloudaware design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product
• Developing and improving user interfaces for a complex B2B product.
• Conducting user experience research and analyzing collected data.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts.
• Collaborating with C-level executives, developers and other members of the team to strategize and implement design solutions.
• Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback.
• Communicating the product design strategy to the team.
• Participating in strategic product planning, prioritizing tasks, and identifying key areas for design development.

What we are looking for

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written Russian and English proficiency (C1) to communicate with team and customers.
• Design expertise: Experience in UI/UX design for complex products.
• Leadership skills: The ability to articulate a vision and guide a team.
• Problem-solving mindset: You can set goals and achieve them, even when the criteria are not entirely clear. You see the big picture and focus on outcomes.
• Product thinking: You understand how design impacts business outcomes and can generate ideas that address real user problems while supporting company goals.

Our expectations and requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in a Product Designer role or a similar position.
• UX/UI Design: Proven experience in designing and improving complex product interfaces, strong knowledge of usability principles, and a focus on enhancing user experience.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, and other tools needed for the job.
• Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS and how design integrates with development.
• Research & Testing: Ability to conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and analyze insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Strong ability to work with developers and C-level executives in cross-functional teams.
• Creativity & Initiative: The ability to propose innovative solutions that enhance the product.
