Our flagship platform, Enture , enables seamless OT?IT convergence, transforming raw machine and utility data into actionable intelligence for efficiency, sustainability, and cost savings.? We are looking for a passionate Product Demo Specialist who can help showcase our platform to potential customers, understand their needs, and bridge the gap between product features and business value.? Key Responsibilities ? Deliver engaging product tours, demos, and walkthroughs of the Enture platform to prospects, customers, and partners.? Tailor presentations to highlight business benefits (energy efficiency, process monitoring, asset performance, etc.) based on customer requirements.? Understand the software features (integration, dashboards, analytics, alerts, controls) and explain them in a simple and compelling way.? Gather customer feedback, pain points, and feature requests , and channel them to the Product Management team to shape the product roadmap.? Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and solution alignment.? Maintain demo environments and ensure they reflect the latest platform capabilities.? ? What We?re Looking For ? Experience in software demo / product tour roles with SaaS platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar enterprise tools .? Strong ability to explain complex software features in a clear, customer-friendly way.? Exposure to industrial, factory, or building automation data platforms is a plus (not mandatory).? Excellent communication and presentation skills with comfort in handling live Q&A.? Curiosity to understand customer business processes and translate them into product value.?
