Product Analyst Position Title: Product Analyst Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Location: [Onsite] Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to support product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate should have a background in AI/ML and Generative AI domains , with the ability to analyze business needs, gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative product solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, customer needs, and market trends to support product planning and decision-making. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define, refine, and prioritize product features. Translate business and functional requirements into clear product documentation, including user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking, particularly in the AI/ML and Generative AI space. Gather requirements from customers & product demonstrations. Collect and analyze product performance data, user feedback, and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of product features and alignment with business goals. Support the development of PRDs, BRDs, wireframes, and process flow diagrams . Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to product innovation by identifying opportunities in emerging technologies, especially in Generative AI applications . Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related product-focused role. Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and awareness of Generative AI use cases, trends, and applications . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with business and technical stakeholders. Experience in documenting functional requirements, use cases, and process flows. Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau (or similar). Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Good to Have Experience in SaaS or AI-driven product organizations. Exposure to LLMs, vector databases, and chatbot/voicebot solutions . Hands-on experience with data analysis tools or SQL.
