What you’ll do

• Break down messy real-world problems into structured insights
• Work directly with founders on product decisions
• Analyze data across funnels
• Identify gaps in patient journeys & recommend actionable fixes
• Build experiments (not just dashboards) to improve conversions
• Work with AI tools / agents to automate insights & workflows
• Translate insights into product features, not just slides

Qualifications

• Someone who thinks in problems, not just metrics
• Strong analytical mindset (SQL / Excel / Python — any one)
• You naturally ask: “So what should we do next?”
• High ownership — you don’t wait, you figure things out
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and systems thinking
• Comfortable working in ambiguity
