Job Description:


Aldecor, a leading interior design and build firm based in Bangalore, is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement & Office Interiors Specialist to manage procurement operations, vendor coordination, and material sourcing for our office interior projects. With 24+ years of industry expertise and a portfolio of 200+ successfully executed projects, we are committed to delivering high-quality interior solutions.


Position: Purchase Head – Office Interiors

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 3–5 years in purchase management (preferably within interior design, construction, or civil)

Background: Civil engineering or related discipline preferred

Industry: Architecture and Planning

Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end purchase operations for office interior projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and budget alignment.
  • Develop and execute cost‑efficient purchasing strategies to optimize resources.
  • Build and sustain robust vendor relationships to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and reliability.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors; negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
  • Manage supplier evaluations and risk assessments to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and price negotiations with vendors.
  • Coordinating closely with design, project, and finance teams to align purchase workflows.
  • Source high‑quality materials matching project specifications and financial limits.
  • Track purchase timelines and coordinate logistics for smooth delivery to sites.
  • Uphold company policies and industry standards in all purchase activities.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Monitor vendor performance and refine vendor selection and management processes.
  • Introduce best practices in purchase management to enhance efficiency.


Qualifications & Competencies

  • 3–5 years of experience in purchase management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry.
  • Civil engineering or equivalent background preferred.
  • Proven track record in vendor coordination, contract management, and material sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly.
  • Proficiency with purchase management tools, ERP systems, and MS Office preferred.
