RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of end-to-end procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform time and motion studies to understand how tasks are executed internally vs. externally.
  • Evaluate process ownership and identify tasks suitable for automation, standardization, or transition to BES.
  • Analyse process bottlenecks, provide recommendations, and support implementation of improvements.
  • Provide reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support Procurement decision-making (internal and externally)
  • Develop insights on performance trends, manual workload, cycle times, and compliance.
  • Support creation and maintenance of KPI frameworks that measure process effectiveness.
  • Standardize and document procurement processes, workflows, and procedures.
  • Maintain process maps, SOPs, and training materials to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Support readiness for process transitions by ensuring processes are clearly defined, optimized, and documented.
  • Analyse processes prior to their transition to BES, ensuring they are streamlined and well-documented.
  • Collaborate with BES teams to support knowledge transfer and ensure a smooth operational transition.
  • Identify manual or repetitive tasks that could be automated to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with Procurement teams, Finance, Tech, and BES to align on process changes and requirements.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate proposed improvements.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with process mapping and optimization.
  • Ability to perform time & motion studies and analyze task-level execution.
  • Experience with procurement or operational processes preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (a plus).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
