Procurement Executive

About the Role:

The primary objective of this role is to drive brand presence and sales growth through the innovative development and strategic sourcing of product-related items like PR kits, beauty accessories, luxury secondary packaging, and customized gift sets.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Procurement & Vendor Management

• Secondary Packaging: Source and onboard vendors for PR Kits, Custom Packaging & Brand Merchandise
• Vendor Management: Identify, vet, and maintain a robust database of suppliers specializing in beauty-grade packaging and promotional goods.
• RFQ & Negotiation: Execute the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, performing rigorous vendor comparisons to secure the best pricing, MOQs, and payment terms.
• Lead Time Management: Coordinate with suppliers to manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of stock for marketing campaigns and product launches

2. Cost Management & Market Analysis

• Budget Optimization: Negotiate commercial terms to reduce the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) while maintaining a high-end aesthetic.
• Market Research: Continuously analyze beauty market trends and competitor strategies to source innovative materials and trending accessories.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct strict quality checks on all customized items to ensure color consistency and structural integrity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2–5 years in procurement, sourcing, or merchandising, specifically within the beauty or lifestyle sectors.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the manufacturing process for beauty packaging and customization.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Skills: Strong negotiation, vendor comparison, and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
• Tools: Proficiency in Excel for data monitoring, inventory tracking, and cost analysis.
