Job Description - Executive- Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Sanand

About The Role

Express 3PL is a leading warehouse and 3PL company. Express 3PL operates a temperature controlled warehouse in a factory for a leading FMCG company in Sanand Ahmedabad. We are looking for a motivated warehouse supervisor who would oversee all aspects of the warehouse flow from Receipt, Issuance and Dispatch. The supervisor will learn how modern warehouses operate.

Reporting Manager : Warehouse Manager

Roles And Responsibilities

The Warehouse executive/Sr. executive will oversee warehouse inventory, operations as well as warehouse staff
Assists Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
Receipt of Raw Material, Packing Material and general items and make inventory.
Conducts physical inventory audit, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
Indent for material to make sufficient stock and inventory as needed.
Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
Posting of SAP entries for Receipt, Issuance and Dispatch
Dispatch Finished Goods in a timely manner and according to schedule.
Schedule materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.
Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
Keep the warehouse and other areas tidy and clean.
Ensure the warehouse area is ready for any customer/regulatory audit
