Role Overview
The Procurement & Contracts Specialist – Digital Sourcing is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts and RFx processes, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. This role negotiates terms, executes agreements, and leverages advanced digital tools—including AI solutions and Copilot—to drive efficiency, innovation, and standardization across procurement activities.

The Procurement & Contracts Specialist – Digital Sourcing is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts and RFx processes, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. This role negotiates terms, executes agreements, and leverages advanced digital tools—including AI solutions and Copilot—to drive efficiency, innovation, and standardization across procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end contract management: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and renewing contracts.
- Manage RFx processes: collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, draft RFx documents, evaluate supplier responses, and support supplier selection.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements and mitigate risks.
- Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and support audits and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (business, legal, finance, procurement) to align contractual terms with organizational goals.
- Facilitate contract-related discussions, negotiations, and escalations as needed.
- Standardize sourcing and procurement processes within the COE framework to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Promote consistency in procurement policies, procedures, and use of digital procurement tools and templates.
- Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, SAP, Ariba) to automate routine tasks, analyze data, and enhance decision-making in contract and sourcing activities.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and contract management.
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and standardization.
- Experience with procurement systems (SAP, Ariba), CLM, and e-Procurement tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and Copilot to optimize daily work and decision-making.
- Willingness to work night shifts to support North America teams.
- Bangalore as base location.
- Willingness to travel as required.
