Roles & Responsibilities -

This is a US shift job.

• 2+ years of Experience in Direct Procurement or Source to Pay process or Production planning
• Good Knowledge in SAP & MS Office
• Placing purchase orders in SAP according to the requirements of the production.
• Receiving and handling the confirmations.
• Open order follow-up, reschedules, and cancels material based on requisitions and MRP output.
• Return order Management (Subcontract POs, Scrap)
• Confers with vendors to obtain product information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
• Record day to day operations and prepare reports for performance metrics review.
