We’re Hiring: Process Trainer- International Ecommerce Mandate.

Shift: 24×7 (5 days a week | 9-hour shift including break)

About the Role

IGT Solutions is looking for a dynamic Process Trainer to support our International Travel Contact Centre operations. This role is ideal for a training professional who is passionate about developing talent, driving performance excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver impactful training programs for new hires and production teams
• Evaluate training effectiveness and share actionable MIS with Operations
• Coach, mentor, and support agents through regular performance observations
• Maintain and update training content in line with process changes
• Conduct refresher trainings based on Training Needs Identification (TNI)
• Participate in internal and external calibration sessions
• Manage knowledge assessments to ensure consistent performance standards

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment
• 1–5 years of experience in process, product, or soft skills training
