Process Lead

Job Description:

• Handling claims queries in Above 10K clients as escalations.
• Check the endorsement TAT's for assigned clients and highlight in case of any delay.
• Updating FCL, GPA and GTL claims in suite CRM.
• Checking the claims TAT for assigned clients and review TPA performance of handling claims.
